WASHINGTON — U.S. Rep. Derek Kilmer will conduct his 12th telephone town hall at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask Kilmer — who represents the 6th Congressional District, which includes the North Olympic Peninsula — a question or leave a message with their comments.
“I’m looking forward to folks joining my next telephone town hall,” said Kilmer, a Gig Harbor Democrat.
“I work for you and it’s important that I continue to be accessible and accountable.”
Residents of the 6th District who would like to join the call can sign up at www.kilmer.house.gov/contact/townhall or send an email to kilmer.teletownhall@mail.house.gov with their name and phone number by 3 p.m. Monday.
Those who sign up before the deadline will receive a phone call at 6 p.m. Tuesday inviting them to the town hall.
In February, Kilmer held seven town halls across the 6th Congressional District to hear directly from constituents on a wide range of issues.
He also frequently meets face to face with constituents and takes their questions at forums and Kilmer at Your Company events.
