PORT LUDLOW — After reopening the intersection of state Highway 104 and Paradise Bay Road, the Department of Transportation has reinstated left-turn restrictions from both Paradise Bay and Shine roads onto state Highway 104.
Right turns onto Highway 104 are allowed from both roads, according to a press release from the state Department of Transportation.
The restrictions were reinstated to improve safety during the ongoing roundabout construction, WSDOT said.
