ONE OF TWO multistate lotto games played in Washington state has a rolled-over jackpot of $304 million — it’s seventh-largest ever — for its Friday night drawing.
The Mega Millions game, in which five numbers and a six Mega Ball number must be matched to win the 26-year annuity, is played in Washington, 40 other states, the District of Columbia and U.S. Virgin Islands.
The companion Powerball game, played in Washington, 41 other states as well as D.C. and the Virgin Islands, held a drawing for a $101 million jackpot tonight.
