QUILCENE — The Mini-Fest Benefit will offer games, food and live music to raise money for a larger location for the Quilcene Food Bank.
The benefit by the Jefferson County Food Bank Association will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Quilcene Community Center, 294952 U.S. Highway 101.
Admission will be a suggested donation of $10.
Proceeds will go toward a new building to serve Quilcene community clients, expand services and parking.
A children’s costume parade will begin at 2:45 p.m.
Activities
A cake walk and harvest bake sale are planned, as well as a food truck and entertainment by local musicians — banjo player Trever Meade, Rhythm Ride, singer and bassist BÖN and Kalan Wolfe & The Shift.
