About 2,300 customers were without power at the peak of the outages, said Will O’Donnell, communications manager for the PUD. In the middle of the night, some 1,300 lost power in Port Townsend, more than 1,000 in the Port Ludlow area and some 150 on Marrowstone Island.
O’Donnell said that all customers had had power resotred as of 2:30 p.m. today.
