MOUNTAIN BIKING: Hundreds of riders flock to Port Angeles for downhill races at Dry Hill

PORT ANGELES — Talon Northern of Port Angeles races around the last curve in the 14 and under division at the Northwest Cup mountain bike races at Dry Hill on Sunday

Over 300 downhill mountain bike riders participated in the two-day event, the second and last hosted by Port Angeles this year.

Northern is the son of Casey Northern, one of the series’ founders.
