PORT ANGELES — The Clallam County Juvenile and Family Service has renamed its Court Appointed Special Advocates as the Child Advocate Program.
Child advocates, also known as guardians ad litem, speak for abused or neglected children from the community.
Local residents interested in volunteering as a child advocate can call the Juvenile and Family Service at 360-417-2282 or email juvenile@co.clallam.wa.us to get more information or to register for an upcoming training session.
