PORT ANGELES — The Shelter Providers Network of Clallam County will discuss the 2005-2015 10-year plan and consider goals and strategies for the next 10-year plan at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The group will meet in Room 160 of the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St.
Sign-in begins at 9:45 a.m., and the meeting will adjourn at 11:30 a.m.
Susan Hillgren, director of The Answer For Youth (TAFY), will share TAFY’s plans for the former Gross’s Nursery, followed by a discussion of regulatory proposals affecting social services.

State of the County
BRINNON — Jefferson County Administrator Philip Morley will speak on the State of the County in Brinnon on Monday, March 20.
The speech, sponsored by the North Hood Canal Chamber of Commerce, will be at 5:30 p.m. in the Brinnon Community
Center at 306144 U.S. Highway 101.
The public is invited. Questions will be taken from the audience after the presentation.
Sequim shoe drive ongoing through March 27
SEQUIM — The Sequim High School Class of 2017 has collaborated with Angel Bins Community Shoe Drive to hold a donation event ending Monday, March 27.
Shoe drop boxes will be open for donations 24/7 at eight locations around Sequim.
