High school seniors in Clallam Bay and Joyce will participate in commencement ceremonies on Saturday.
Thirteen seniors will graduate from Clallam Bay High School of the Cape Flattery School District at 1 p.m. Saturday.
The ceremony will be in the Clallam Bay High School gymnasium.
Speakers will be Scott Laes, class valedictorian; Evette Blake, salutatorian; and two faculty members: history teacher Aaron Fischer and Marcia Hess, business education instructor.
Fourteen students will join in Crescent High School commencement ceremonies at 3 p.m. in the high school gym.
The senior memory speech, which offers recollections of the last 13 years in the school district, will be shared by Stacey Waldrip, a district student since kindergarten, and Rebeca Hanson, who returned to the district last year.
Thomas Farris, valedictorian, and Tamar “Tessa” Williams, salutatorian, also will speak, as well as the community speaker chosen by the class of 2008: Terry Kahler, teacher and coach for the last 30 years, who is retiring at the end of the school year.
Graduation ceremonies for Lincoln High School, the Port Angeles School District alternative school, will be at the North Olympic Peninsula Skills Center, 905 W. Ninth St., at 3 p.m. Monday.
