PORT ANGELES — The Port Angeles Downtown Association recently elected its 2013 board of directors.
Bob Lumens, owner of NW Fudge & Confections, was elected president; Rick Mathis, owner of Smuggler’s Landing restaurant as vice president; Brown’s Outdoor co-owner Eric Brown as treasurer; and Anime Kat owner Andrew Schwab will continue as secretary.
The remainder of the board, elected by the membership in an election last month, are Tessa Jackson, Cottage Queen; Lauren Jeffries-Johnson, Udjat Beads; Grace Kauffman, Sterling Impressions Photographic; Ryan Malane, Black Ball Transport; Robert Nicholls, White Crane Martial Arts, Richard Stephens, Serenity House Thrift Shop; and Brian Winters, EZ Pawn.
Jake Oppelt from Next Door Gastropub also continues to serve on the board.
Mathis and Ernst-Ulrich Shafer, Ernst Fine Photography were appointed by the board to fill vacant positions.
The 2013 officers and board will be formally installed at PADA’s annual membership meeting at Smuggler’s Landing on Thursday, Jan. 24.
