IN HONOR OF Veteran’s Day, a number of park organizations will not charge admission for the holiday weekend.
Entry to all 117 Washington state parks will be free from Saturday through Monday.
A Discover Pass, $10 a day or $30 a year, will still be needed to access lands managed by the state departments of Natural Resources and Fish and Wildlife during State Parks free days.

The National Park Service also will not charge entrance fees those days. That means a savings of $15 to enter Olympic National Park.
Other Department of Interior agencies not charging admission during Veterans Day weekend include the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Land Management and the Bureau of Reclamation.
The U.S. Forest Service is another federal agency not charging admission for the weekend.
