A pedestrian State Patrol said was jaywalking on U.S. Highway 101 after dark was treated and discharged from Olympic Medical Center after being hit by a mirror on a car.
Nicole M. George, 29, of Port Angeles was walking across the highway at milepost 251 near Mount Pleasant Road at 9:11 p.m. Saturday, the State Patrol said in a memo issued Sunday.
The passenger side mirror of a car driven by a 63-year-old Port Angeles man hit her, the State Patrol said, adding that he was not cited. He was reported as uninjured.
No drugs or alcohol were involved, the State Patrol said.
The driver of the car was wearing a seat belt.
The car had no reportable damage.
