Clallam County sheriff’s deputies arrested 34 minors last week at graduation-related parties.
Undersheriff Joe Martin said suspects were arrested at two separate parties June 19 and 20.
“They were in areas they thought they wouldn’t be found in, but they were found,” Martin said.
The Sheriff’s Department takes a strong stance on minors in possession of alcohol and aggressively pursues tips, Martin said.

Stolen-vehicle arrest
FORKS — Police arrested an Oregon man Thursday following a tip that a stolen vehicle had pulled into a supermarket parking lot.
Gregory L. Nidever of North Bend, Ore., was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
The maroon Chevrolet pickup that Nidever was allegedly driving was reported stolen earlier that day from a house on the 800 block of West Ninth St. in Port Angeles, police said.
An unidentified woman was also arrested but she was later released after officers determined she had hitched a ride en route to the Thriftway store where Nidever was arrested, Forks Police Chief Mike Powell said.
