PORT ANGELES — The tall ship Hawaiian Chieftain moored at Port Angeles City Pier on Friday after arriving Thursday evening en route from Port Townsend to Astoria, Ore. The ship had been out of the water for maintenance at Port Townsend Boat Haven and was scheduled for additional work at a boat yard in Astoria after departing Port Angeles on Friday afternoon.
