A schooner drops its spinnaker after rounding a mark during the 28th annual Shipwrights’ Regatta on Port Townsend Bay on Saturday.
The schooner is behind the two-man boat on the port side that rounded the mark first.
The annual race that officially opens the start of sailing season attracted about 23 entrants.
