Tawana Cunningham of Memphis, Tenn., was among the teachers of the Acoustic Blues Festival’s gospel singing workshop at Fort Worden State Park. Cunningham’s father, the Rev. John Wilkins, led his band and the newly formed choir through their performance Saturday morning — and started a little early, with sing-alongs of “Jesus on the Mainline” and “This Little Light of Mine,” since the theater was full well before show time.
