PHOTOS: Port Townsend parade ‘Off to Rhodyland’

PORT TOWNSEND — The Port Townsend Rhododendron Festival Grand Parade on Saturday had some 107 entries. It was followed by the annual Cake Picnic. The festival, which began Monday, ends today with the Rhody Run at Fort Worden.
