Port Townsend entertainer Phina Pipia is pictured playing a free concert on the Tyler Street Plaza last Thursday; she’s slated to return at 2 p.m. this Thursday for another Buskers on the Block performance sponsored by the Main Street Program.
The hour-long gigs in downtown and Uptown Port Townsend showcase local artists such as Pipia, who has just returned to public performances after a year.
