PORT ANGELES — The 39-year-old Oregon man police say stole mail to obtain credit cards and personal checks pleaded innocent to all charges Friday.
Mitchell Lee Hollowell, also known as Lawrence John Peepchuk, pleaded innocent to:
* Three counts of forgery.
* Two counts of first-degree theft.
* Eight counts of second-degree theft.
* One count of residential burglary.
* One count of possession of methamphetamine.
Following Hollowell’s pleas, a Clallam County judge ordered Hollowell to stand trial Sept. 17 in Superior Court in Port Angeles.
If convicted of all counts, Hollowell could face up to 90 years in jail and an $180,000 fine, officials said.
