The chamber board consists of at least 12 elected members, including officers, plus the immediate past president.

The Port Angeles Downtown Association and Port Angeles Business Association also have representation by one of their chamber members as additional voting members of the chamber board for a term of three years each, as do the city of Port Angeles, Clallam County and the Port of Port Angeles.

Although Burke’s term as an elected member expires at the end of this year, he will remain on the board, serving as the representative from the Port of Port Angeles.
