PORT ANGELES — City Council members will hold a closed executive session today before a special meeting and the council’s regular meeting.
The executive session, to be held from 4:45 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 321 E. Fifth St., is to discuss potential litigation with legal counsel, according to a news release.
It will be followed by a 5 p.m. special meeting to interview city Planning Commission applicants. The interviews are open to the public.
At the 6 p.m. regular meeting, council members will select a three-person board of ethics to review a Code of Ethical Conduct complaint filed Feb. 19 against Deputy Mayor Cherie Kidd and Councilman Dan Gase in response to the council’s Feb. 2 meeting.
