PORT ANGELES — The 16-year-old girl seriously injured in the crash of an all-terrain vehicle Friday night remained in serious condition Sunday afternoon at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Tamra L. Swisher, 16, of Port Angeles was airlifted to Harborview after being discovered Saturday morning at the bottom of a steep embankment below Little River Road south of Port Angeles.
Matthew S. Edwards, 20, of Port Angeles was killed in the crash.
Clallam County Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Ellefson said Sunday afternoon the crash investigation was continuing and no new information was available.
He is waiting for Swisher to recover from her injuries so she can provide more information, but nothing appears suspicious, Ellefson said.
