PORT ANGELES — A house fire at 865 Gasman Road caused significant damage to the structure and a neighboring building Saturday night.
Nobody was injured in the blaze.
Four fire trucks and about 20 firefighters responded to the fire around 7:45 p.m.
Clallam County Fire District 3 personnel arriving on scene reported the front of the structure engulfed in flames.
The house’s occupant, Jim Somers, was at a neighbors home when the fire started, District 3 Chief Steve Vogel said.
