PORT ANGELES — An Olympic Memorial Hospital main lobby and east entrance remodeling project has received the go-ahead from Memorial Hospital commissioners.
The action came Thursday evening at the board’s regular July meeting.
The board also approved an expansion of the Olympic Medical Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation building at 321 Chambers St.
Administrator Mike Glenn has been authorized to seek bids to remodel the main lobby and east entrance of the hospital, located at 939 Caroline St.
Construction costs will not exceed $495,000 and the total project cost will not exceed $750,000, commissioners said.
