Port Angeles’ Lauridsen Boulevard bridge to be closed for five hours Thursday

PORT ANGELES — The Lauridsen Boulevard bridge over Peabody Creek will be closed on Thursday from 9 a.m. until approximately 2 p.m. for guardrail repairs, the city of Port Angeles said today.

The bridge is near the intersection of Race Street, which is not expected to be affected.

Traffic will be detoured via Eunice Street to Eighth Street.
