PORT ANGELES — The arraignment of the 38-year old man accused of mail and credit card theft has been postponed to 1:30 p.m. Friday.
Defense attorney Terry Mulligan asked Clallam County Superior Court for more time to review the case against Mitchell Lee Hollowell on Wednesday.
Hollowell is charged with stealing mail, checks and credit cards from numerous rural Clallam County mailboxes.
Sheriff’s investigators have said the Oregon man has previous convictions for mail fraud.
Hollowell will enter a plea to the theft-related charges during Friday’s arraignment.
