FORKS — A 21-year-old Port Angeles man was taken to Forks Community Hospital early Sunday morning after a one-car rollover on state Highway 110.
Jacob T. Hull’s condition was not available later Sunday.
Hull also was cited for driving under intoxication, wheels off roadway, driving while license invalidated and for not using a seatbelt, the State Patrol said.
A 19-year-old passenger from Forks was not hurt. He was charged with being a minor in possession and not wearing a seatbelt.
Troopers said Hull was eastbound on Highway 110 at 1:26 a.m. Sunday morning when he passed another vehicle in the left lane and lost control of his Toyota Camry, which rolled and came to rest in the westbound ditch. The car he passed was not affected.
The cause of the wreck was defective tires, the State Patrol said.
