Olympic Medical Center Administrator Mike Glenn has been given a 5.5 percent salary increase by hospital commissioners.
The increase will boost Glenn’s annual pay to $107,500.
“The board felt Mike did a really fine job this past year and is deserving of this increase,” the commissioners’ chairman, Jim Leskinovitch, said Thursday.
“Mike has maintained the district’s revenue while keeping the costs down,” Leskinovitch said. “He has fulfilled all of the goals the board set for him.”
Leskinovitch said Glenn’s salary is still below those of administrators of similar-sized hospitals who, he said, average about $130,000 per year.
The salary increase is retroactive to July 1.
