PORT ANGELES — The Port commission will discuss Executive Director Clyde Boddy’s part-time contract next month — and may revise his salary, commissioner Glenn Beckman said Monday.
His comments came while discussing a letter from the Port Angeles Chamber of Commerce that urged the Port commission to place its “decision to offer a contract to Mr. Boddy on hold until public comment sessions can be held.”
Port commissioners may revise Boddy’s contract and change Boddy’s $94,800 salary for his 28-hour work week as Port director, Beckman said.
“I hope it works out,” said Beckman, who lives in Forks and represents the West End on the commission.
