Port of Port Angeles commissioners will announce their selection of a new executive director at their meeting today at 5:30 p.m. at the Port’s administrative building, 338 W. First St.
The commissioners have scheduled an executive session at 3:30 p.m. to discuss the choice. The three finalists are Cynthia Stewart, manager of Boeing Field in Seattle; David Rystrom, former Port of Seattle aviation marketing manager; and Claude Bullock, former Port of Miami (Fla.) deputy director.
The three finalists spent most of Aug. 14 interviewing with the three Port commissioners, a citizens advisory committee and staff advisory committee. They were also introduced briefly to the public.
