PORT ANGELES: SHOOTING SUSPECT FACES CHARGES TODAY

PORT ANGELES — A man arrested last weekend after allegedly firing a semiautomatic shotgun at four people will face formal charging today in Clallam County Superior Court.

Joshua D. Holman, 25, of Port Angeles was arrested Saturday on investigation of attempted murder following the incident.

He made his first court appearance Monday in Superior Court, where his bail was set at $250,000. He will appear before a judge at 1 p.m. today for charging.

Court records filed in support of Holman’s arrest allege the man fired six shots at four people inside a fleeing vehicle as it left Holman’s Island Vista Way home, east of Port Angeles, on Saturday morning.

The people inside the car had come to Holman’s house to confront him about allegedly breaking out a vehicle window earlier that morning, according to court records.
