PORT ANGELES — Port Angeles is producing some pretty good youth softball teams.
Both the North Olympic 12-and-under and 16-and-under teams won state titles this past weekend at tournaments held at Port Angeles’ Lincoln Park. And they both advance to the regional championships starting Friday at the same site.
That means that both teams are just one step away from the World Series.
Regional champions, who will be crowned on Sunday, qualify for the Big Show.
