Port Angeles studio features art by Joseph Fourbears this month

PORT ANGELES — Randolf Frederick Co., the upstairs studio in The Landing mall, 115 E. Railroad Ave., Suite 211, and open until 9 p.m. tonight and Saturday night as part of the Second Weekend art walk and this weekend’s Port Angeles 2014 Holiday Extravaganza, is featuring a special display of the art of Joseph Fourbears.

The art is on display for the month of November.

Fourbears, who grew up on the Omaha Reservation in Macy, Neb., has been an Army paratrooper, bartender, gold miner and commercial artist.

He calls his artwork “evolutionary” as it continuously evolves.

Randolf Frederick Co.’s regular hours are 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday; 360-797-1718. It also has other art, original and hand-picked jewelry, gems and minerals, watches and does watch repair, including replacement of watch batteries.
