PORT ANGELES — City Councilman Larry Williams will seek a second term in office.
Williams, 55, announced Tuesday that he will seek re-election.
A Port Angeles resident since 1986, Williams ran unopposed in 1997.
Williams said he is seeking re-election to maintain continuity on the seven-member council.
He describes himself as “independent,” but willing to collaborate.
