Low tides and unfavorable currents are spurring a new round of cancellations of ferry service between Port Townsend and Keystone this week.

Today’s scheduled 5:15 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. sailings from Port Townsend will be canceled, as will be the 6:45 p.m. departure Wednesday.

Thursday’s 6:45 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. runs from Port Townsend will be canceled, but an extra run at 8:45 p.m. is scheduled.

Friday’s 8:30 p.m. run from Port Townsend will depart at 9:10 p.m.
