Low tides and ebb currents have forced the cancellation of several ferry sailings between Port Townsend and Keystone this week.
Washington State Ferries will cancel the 9:30 a.m. departure from Port Townsend and the 10:15 a.m. departure from Keystone today and Friday.
Saturday and Sunday, it will cancel the 11:15 a.m. Port Townsend departure and the noon Keystone return.
No extra runs have been added.
On Wednesday, high winds and low tides also forced the cancellation of the 6:45 p.m. Port Townsend sailing and the 7:30 p.m. round trip.
The 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. sailings and the 8:45 a.m. return trip were also canceled due to low tides.
