PORT TOWNSEND — People attending a forum on the future of Point Hudson gave the Port of Port Townsend commissioners a round of applause.
That unfamiliar sound followed a two-hour discussion Tuesday in which residents, tenants and business owners talked about Port management plans for Point Hudson.
The port will take over Point Hudson next April.
Commissioners made two things clear — they’re not interested in permanent recreational vehicles and they won’t raise Port taxes.
