PORT TOWNSEND — Revenues from Point Hudson could amount to $500,000 per year for the Port of Port Townsend when it resumes management of the historic facility next April.
But costs for maintenance and rehabilitation could eat up that new revenue stream.
Jefferson County residents and Point Hudson tenants will get a briefing today from the Port commissioners and staff on the transition. The meeting takes place at 7 p.m. at the Port Townsend Yacht Club on Washington Street.
