PORT TOWNSEND — An old building with new exhibits will reach back in time to tell the natural history of the North Olympic Peninsula.
Building 502 at Point Wilson in Fort Worden State Park will house “Where the Land Meets the Sea: The Natural History of the Shoreline,” which opens at noon Sept. 23.
Science Center Director Anne Murphy showed off the remodeled building Thursday, just after exhibits were installed.
Project donors will get a sneak peek Sept. 22 during a reception in their honor.
