PORT TOWNSEND — Intellicheck Mobilisa showed a slight revenue decline in the fourth quarter of last year as well as the whole year, according to its annual report today.
The Port Townsend-based ID verification and wireless technology company, said revenue for the quarter ending Dec. 31 was $1.1 million, compared with $1.4 million in the same period of 2013.
For all of 2014, revenue was $6.6 million, compared with $7.3 million in the previous year.
“The year 2014 was very much a transitional one for our company,” said Intellicheck Mobilisa CEO William Roof.
With new management taking the helm during the fourth quarter of the year, we had the opportunity to review the company’s operations and implement a new strategic direction for the business.”
