• Six outdoor pickleball courts
• Group exercise room
• Men’s, women’s and universal changing rooms

Expenses: $1.27 million
Revenues: $840,000

Full Build-out
• Basic Plan plus a multi-use space and gymnasium
Cost estimate: $45.9 million
Annual operational cost estimate:
Expenses: $2.08 million
Revenues: $1.73 million

*The city of Port Townsend subsidizes Mountain View pool at $400,000 annually; the YMCA, which manages it, contributes another $400,000.
