A series of electrical outages are planned for the West End, with the first set for early Sunday morning (July 28).
The Clallam County Public Utility District said the Bonneville Power Administration has scheduled a series of planned outages to maintain its equipment at its substation at Sappho.
The outages are planned between 12:01 a.m. and 
6 a.m. and will affect all customers in the Forks area, Jefferson County south of Forks, Sekiu, Clallam Bay, Neah Bay, Beaver, Sappho, Pysht and all areas west of Lake Crescent.
In addition to July 28, outages are planned for Sunday, Aug. 18; Sunday, Sept. 8; and Saturday, Sept. 21.
