Price Ford Lincoln dealership to be previewed Thursday

PORT ANGELES — Price Ford Lincoln, one of the North Olympic Peninsula’s largest auto dealerships, will open Saturday in a new location just west of the Port Angeles Walmart.

The dealership is moving from its current digs at 1527 E. Front St. to a new, spacious facility at 3311 E. U.S. Highway 101.

“When you look at the new store, it’s like you’re at the Bellagio,” said Mark Ostroot, general sales manager.

The customer lodge has a stone-wrapped, double-sided fireplace with a larger work space.

The new location offers covered parking and includes a 60-foot bay for RVs.

Ostroot said the move will enable the business to nearly double its inventory.

“It was built to be efficient as much as anything,” he said.

Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce officials and other dignitaries will be on hand to preview the new dealership Thursday.

It will open to the public beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday and remain open through the Memorial Day weekend.

“Everything is on pace,” Ostroot said.
