The second half of this year’s property taxes are due Thursday.
Payments postmarked Friday or later are subject to interest, and payments postmarked Dec. 1 or later are subject to interest and penalties, county treasurers said.
Clallam County Treasurer Selinda Barkhuis said Clallam County will collect a total of $80 million on behalf of all taxing districts in 2013.
Jefferson County Treasurer Judi Morris said Jefferson County will collect a total of $45.4 million this year.

Tax payments can be dropped off at drop boxes at the Clallam County Courthouse, 223. E. Fourth St., Port Angeles, or at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 1820 Jefferson St., Port Townsend.
Drop boxes also are available at the following Jefferson County locations: Port Townsend Bank of America, 734 Water St.; Port Hadlock Bank of America, 1890 Irondale Road; Quilcene U.S. Bank, 14890 Center Road; and Columbia Bank in Port Ludlow, 9500 Oak Bay Road.
