CARLSBORG — Clallam County Public Utility District #1 has lifted water restrictions for the Clallam Bay/Sekiu and Island View water systems.
The restrictions were imposed in July due to low flow rates in the Hoko River for Clallam Bay/Sekiu and in Olsen Creek for Island View.
The Fairview Water System is still under a Stage 2 alert due to low flow rates in Morse Creek, while the Gales Addition, Mt. Angeles and Monroe water systems, whose water is supplied by the city of Port Angeles, are still under Stage 3 alerts.
