PORT ANGELES — The Port Angeles School District has named Rhonda Kromm as principal for Jefferson Elementary School effective July 1.
Kromm will replace Joyce Mininger, Jefferson principal since 2012, who has accepted a position with the International School of Panama in San Miguelito, Panama City, Panama.
Prior to becoming the vice-principal at Port Angeles High School last year, Kromm spent four years as the assistant principal at Sequim Middle School.
She also has more than 15 years experience as an elementary school teacher.
