Port Angels Parks & Recreation Department employee Easton Goslin hoses down the concrete underlayment at the playground at Shane Park on the west side of Port Angeles on Wednesday. The playground was closed in mid-September after tiles of rubberized material that made up the play surface began to come loose, creating a hazard to play equipment users.
