SEATTLE — Capt. Suzanne E. Englebert has been temporarily relieved of duty as commander of Coast Guard Sector Seattle, the Coast Guard announced this afternoon.
In a news release, Rear Adm. Gary T. Blore said he had lost confidence in Englebert’s ability to command.
