PORT HADLOCK — Naval Magazine Indian Island will conduct training exercises on Wednesday and Thursday.
Training activities will take place along the shoreline near Crane Point, which is on the west side of the island.
The exercises will begin on Wednesday afternoon and continue into the evening then resume early Thursday morning, the Navy said in a press release.
The public may notice increased noise levels and activities associated with these exercises.
The Navy said it conducts security exercises at installations across the world to ensure readiness and verify response procedures.
