A 14-year-old Sequim boy shot in the head Saturday was upgraded to serious condition Sunday in intensive care at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, a hospital spokeswoman said.
Michael Warner was critically injured when a .38-caliber handgun discharged in a travel trailer near a home on Lost Mountain.
